Description
Fermented and aged for 18 months in French Oak, it is superbly ripe and richly expressed on the nose showing Black Doris plum, mixed berry compote, cedar, toasted spice and cured meat characters. The concentrated palate delivers impressive weight and depth combined with multi-layered mouth feel and velvety tannins, making it sumptuous and persistent on the finish. Vegan friendly. Total production 600 bottles.
