Description
Our Ten Acre Pinot Noir is a serious single vineyard expression delivering black doris plum, pure cocoa and delicate baking spice aromatics alongside a richly textured palate. Judicious ageing in oak contributes to a lengthy fine grained tannin profile while a small proportion of whole cluster fermentation ensures freshness and aromatic lift. This is a complex wine that will age well and can be confidently cellared for 8 – 10 years.
