Description
Napoleon is our flagship Pinot Noir representing what we believe is the very best of the vintage. The highest quality fruit and winemaking delivers beguiling aromatics of red and black cherry, black plum compote and violet florals together with an ethereal texture and compelling length. Judicious ageing in oak contributes to a lengthy fine grained tannin profile while a small proportion of whole cluster fermentation ensures freshness and aromatic lift. This is a complex wine that will age well.
