Vineyard Information: Fruit was sourced from a single vineyard in the prestigious Dillons Point subregion of Marlborough. Approximately 4 km from the Pacific Ocean, the vineyard experiences the cooling influence of the sea with a diurnal range that preserves the natural acidity. This single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc explodes with passionfruit and blackcurrant notes in a pure and classic Marlborough expression.

Maturation
The fruit was machine harvested in the cool conditions of early morning and transported swiftly to the winery. Berries were crushed and gently pressed before being transferred to tank where settling took place over 48 hours. The juice was warmed and inoculated to begin fermentation which took place over two weeks at 15° C. Subsequently the finished wine spent a time on fine lees to develop further textural complexity before being bottled in September/October.
