Sauvignon Blanc is ideally suited to the Nelson where a combination of warm, sunny days and cool autumn nights, help to create the intense varietal flavours.
Tasting: Intense floral, gooseberry, elderflower notes with fresh herbs. Rich, fleshy front palate with ripe passionfruit, guava, feijoa fruit with complex herb flavours and a crisp fresh finish. A vibrant, full-flavoured wine that is concentrated and long.
Wine Making: All fruit was crushed and demented before being cool fermented to preserve the vibrant, fresh Sauvignon characters.
