Description
2021 was an exceptional year for the Far North. A long hot dry summer coupled with gentle sea breezes created the optimum growing conditions in the coastal vineyard. The clay soils providing a strong platform for the vines that require no irrigation. Handpicked and seasoned in French oak barriques. Bright, light lemon/green, it is fragrant and mouthfilling, with fresh, ripe stonefruit flavours, toasty oak adding complexity, lively acidity and a finely poised, dry, lengthy finish.
