Description
Layers of bright red fruit, wild thyme and chalky earthiness on the palate with supple but assertive tannins and textural finish. Rose petals, ripe cherry and cedar on the nose. It's perfect with roasted chicken or pork with herbs and fennel, rare fillet steak, carpaccio, beef wellington. Dishes with morels and other wild mushrooms, such as risotto. Roast or grilled lobster.
