Description
The grapes for our 2020 Falcon Hill Pinot Noir were handpicked, sorted, wild yeast fermented and aged for 11 months in French oak (25% new). It has layers of dark fruit and spice, a balanced structure with fine grained tannins and good length on the finish. Vegan friendly.
