Rich and inviting, the bouquet shows apricot, Nashi Pear, fig and subtle spice notes on the nose, leading to a wonderfully weighted palate that’s plush and refreshing at the same time. It’s silky, creamy and lingering with loads of delectable flavours.

Tasting Terrace Edge 2020 Pinot Gris

Settled conditions over flowering lead to good even fruit set. Warm dry conditions in January & February slowed vegetative growth and ripened fruit. Settled conditions in March allowed an early start to harvest where hand harvested fruit was ripe & clean with low disease pressure and optimal ripeness

Picked in the cool of the morning. For added complexity and texture, 50% was fermented in seasoned French oak barrels. The remaining 50% was fermented in stainless steel to add freshness to the final blend
