Description
Medium-bodied, bright aromas of lime, mandarin has a taut core and mouthwatering; lime flowers unveil along with delicate spice, and crunchy minerals flow with tension to a long, lingering finish. The fruit is gentle and aromatic, grows in concentration; thirst-quenching taut acid cut provides balance to the sweetness and drives to a sustained finish. This is a medium-sweet, fragrant Riesling with a tight core of citrus, floral details and lengthy mineral tension. Certified Organic

Warm, dry conditions in January & February slowed vegetative growth and ripened the fruit. Settled conditions in March allowed an early start to harvest, with ripe, clean fruit, with low disease pressure & optimal ripeness
Vinification
The aim is to make a wine which reflects its surroundings - wine that is "liquid geography". Fermented in stainless steel at low temperatures to retain vibrant fruit flavour. The wine was handled very gently to retain some natural spritz 0.5% Botrytis
