Rusty Bell Single Vineyard Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2019

Rusty Bell specialises one wine, our single vineyard Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc, which is made from a few carefully selected rows in our small family vineyard. Making less than 5,000 individually numbered bottles, the grapes are hand-picked and whole bunch pressed and left overnight. 20% of the fruit is fermented in old French oak to gain texture and more white fruited characters, whilst the balance goes to tank to retain brightness. This vegan friendly wine is blended seven months later and the result is a sensual and subtle take on Marlborough’s most sought after variety.
