Description
Barrel-aged for 18 months in 50% new French Oak, with 100% malolactic fermentation, allows this wine to be very well balanced. A youthful, yet soft, stonefruit and pineapple bouquet, complimented by lemon rind and toasted oak. Crème brulée and toasted hazelnut join the fruit on the palate with a lengthy, buttery finish. This wine will only be made on outstanding years of harvest in very limited quantities. An exclusive wine from the 5th generation of our family owned and operated boutique winery.
