Vinification
Perfectly ripe grapes from our Moutere clay ‘Flett Road’ vineyard were combined with the alluvial sandy loams of ‘Lodder Lane’ vineyard, harvested in the cool early mornings at the beginning of March. Cool stainless steel fermentation with brief lees aging has realised intense stone fruit and spice aromas with fantastic palate weight and a long mineral finish.
