Description
Fragrant, spice drawer, orange citrus and cassis aromas which carry through on to a palate that is fresh and defined with flavours of blackberry and brambles, savoury notes and a supple structure of well-bound tannins. Fine and long on the finish.

Vinification
De -stemmed to open top fermenters. Short ambient pre fermentation soak - 1-3 days. Both inoculated and wild ferments. Natural MLF completed spring/early summer. Unfined and course filtered only.
Maturation
Eleven months maturation in 228 and 500 Litre French Oak (8% new and 26% 1 year old.
