Brancott Estate Flight Song Sauvignon Blanc 2021

This lively wine opens with bursts of lime and gooseberry on the nose, and the citrus flavors carry through to the palate, joined by tropical and passion fruit notes. The body shows approachable citrus acidity in perfect balance with the ripe fruit flavors leading to a clean crisp finish.

To make this lighter wine we harvested specially selected blocks of fruit early, when full flavor ripeness at lower sugar levels were reached. The fruit was gently bag pressed and the clear juice fermented cool with aromatic yeast strains, in stainless steel tanks. This retained maximum varietal aroma. The wine was blended and filtered to be released soon after vintage with distinctive regional and varietal characters at peak.
