Description
Fragrance and perfume lift the dark plum and spice aromatics effortlessly in the glass. Some subtle roasting pan complexity adds dimension while wild thyme and sage aromas hint at what is to come. There is freshness and vibrancy to the nose giving great appeal.
The wine has a very positive core of ripe plummy fruit, voluminous with depth and density. This is joyful drinking wine. Texturally the palate is slippery, succulent and generous with velvety tannins leading into a svelte exit of fine and focused acidity.
