Josh Scott set out on a trial, error, and success journey of inventing the newest ways of making wine and introducing you to beverages that are exciting and new. What started as an “on-tap” trial at the Allan Scott Bistro in October 2020, quickly gained recognition and now it is finally bottled and available to try wherever you are. The base wine is produced in NZ using Marlborough grapes, grown, harvested and fermented by Allan Scott Family Winemakers. The normal fermentation process takes place and wine is fined, topped with sparkling water and bottled.
