Vineyard
The grapes were sourced from a number of vineyard sites in Hawke’s Bay in the Bridge Pa and Havelock Hills sub-regions.
Vinification
A mix of Merlot and Malbec, the grapes were processed with minimal pressing on skins to give just a touch of colour. A temperature controlled fermentation with selected yeasts helped to preserve the aromatic flavours.
