Produced from fruit grown in vineyards in Marlborough and Hawke’s Bay, the base wine is a blend of chardonnay and pinot noir.
Vinification
The base wine was blended from components that were aged on lees for up to 5 years. The base wine underwent secondary fermentation via the Charmat method to produce this complex, fruity Brut Rosé.
