With no compromises or distractions, we pour all our winemaking knowledge and love into crafting a single Sauvignon Blanc that is consistently good, year on year. Grown and made exclusively in Marlborough, New Zealand, it's been our pride and joy since 1992.

With a lively fragrance and crisp palate, citrus flavours and hints of fresh herbs lead to a zesty, mouth-watering finish. Ideal on its own or with seafood, Asian flavours and anything fresh, zingy or bold, this is a very food-friendly wine.

It was a nervous start to the 2021 growing season with a significant frost just as Sauvignon Blanc buds were starting to emerge. Then a cold snap occurred during the critical flower period and from then on, we knew crops were going to be low. The low crops certainly helped with concentration and resulted in a good range of aromas and flavours across a spectrum of ripeness. The blending of Sauvignon is an absolute pleasure in a stand out vintage such as 2021.
