Lake Chalice The Raptor Sauvignon Blanc 2018

Bouquet: Intensely perfumed with ripe grapefruit, blackcurrant and subtle flint notes. Palate: Generous and full, layered with grapefruit and blackcurrant, this wine is also underpinned by salt and mineral notes with a concentrated long finish.

The grapes were machine harvested in the cool of the evening and carefully fermented at low temperatures to retain the freshness of the fruit.
