The 2022 Old Coach Road Unoaked Chardonnay has lovely summer stonefruit aromas on the nose. The palate follows with succulent summer fruit flavours and tropical mango. A warm supple palate leaves a long delicious finish.

Vineyard
The Chardonnay fruit for our 2022 Old Coach Road Nelson Unoaked Chardonnay is harvested from our Brightwater vineyard.
Our Brightwater Vineyard is situated 15km from the coast and is sheltered from the south by the Richmond ranges. The ‘soil’ is a combination of rocks and boulders, which is very hard on the farm equipment, but vital for holding the warmth of Nelson’s sun and for ripening the grapes.
