Description
Prominent red fruits and dark cherry on the nose. Intensely flavoured on the palate with soft, approachable tannins and a spicy savoury finish.

Vineyard
Grown entirely on Estate Vineyards in the Southern Valleys sub-region of Marlborough. Older soils derived from glacial outwash with a high clay content.
Vinification
Cold soak pre ferment for 5-7 days. Fermented at 28-30 degress celcius and pressed off within a week of completing fermentation. MLF in barrel. Aged in French oak barriques, 20% of which were new.
