Little Beauty Limited Edition Sauvignon Blanc 2022

Colour: Pale rim graduating to a pale yellow/lemon coloured core. Aroma:Herbal notes like snow pea, fresh pea pod. Something savoury like tomato leaf. Tropical notes like honey dew melon, and passionfruit. White peach. Citrus notes like pink grapefruit, lemon grass, and a mineral note (wet river stone or flint). Fresh and inviting. Palate: Juicy, mouth-watering. It feels succulent to drink. Flavours such as pink grapefruit, red currant, passionfruit, feijoa pulp and mango. Intense, concentrated, persistent, textured. Generous. Ideal for the gastronomic sector.

Terroir: Soil: Stony, free draining, some fine clay silt loams in parts. Canopy Management Regime: Vertical Shoot Positioning, North-South Facing rows, combination of two, three and four cane pruning. Harvest Method: Machine harvested over several days with multiple passes through the vineyard, ending with many several cuvees to blend from.

Fermentation: Cool fermentation (12-14 degrees) in stainless steel tanks to accentuate the natural aromatics.
