Little Beauty Limited Edition Dry Riesling 2022

Colour: Pale straw coloured. Aromas: delicate; floral blossom, citrusy and mineral (flinty). A sense of purity. Palate: pretty, delicate and refreshing. There’s the trademark citrus notes (limes and fresh clementine) combined with oyster shell and slate. Hints of old-fashioned lemonade, lemon-sherbet, ginger powder, beeswax. Textured and refreshing. This wine will continue to cellar well and age gracefully. Well suited to the gastronomic sector.

Terroir: Soil: Stony, free draining, fine clay silt loams. Canopy Management Regime: Vertical Shoot Positioning, North-South Facing rows. Harvest Method: Machine harvested.

Fermentation: Free-run juice only. Ferment initiated with three chosen yeasts. Cool fermentation in stainless steel tanks to accentuate delicate aromas and flavours.
