Little Beauty Limited Edition Pinot Gris 2021

Colour: Pale rim graduating to a pale straw core. Shows some viscosity. Aroma: Oozing delightful aromatics and freshness. Sun-blush apricot, white peach, nougat, marzipan. Spicy notes, baked pear, nutty like almond. Palate: Rounded and mellow. Well suited to the gastronomic sector.

Terroir: Soil: free draining, fine sandy, silt loam over alluvial gravels. Canopy Management Regime: Vertical Shoot Positioning, North-South Facing rows. Two cane pruning regime.

Fermentation: The free run juice was enzyme settled before being racked to ferment in a stainless steel tank and inoculated with Elegance yeast. A cool ferment retained the subtle varietal characters and improves finesse and delicacy. The wine sits on fine lees in a tank for a few months before bottling.
