Trinity Hill Single Vineyard 125 Gimblett Chardonnay 2022

Tantalising aromas of ripe stonefruit and citus blossom are complemented by complex hints of toasted spices, roasted nuts, vanilla and nougat. The wine is rich and full in the mouth yet remains tight and composed with superb persistence and length of flavour. Pristine stone fruit flavours combined with cedary/toasty oak, a gently drying texture and a fine thread of tangy acidity coalesce to a long, salivating finish.
