Description
This Pinot Grigio from East Coast opens with ripe peach, pear and apple aromas, and a hint of blossom, which carry through to the palate. The orchard fruits nestle on a soft and lively palate, with a medium body and pleasing, rounded texture. The finish is clean and fresh, with a touch of wild honey.

Vineyards are located in Waipara, Marlborough and Hawke's Bay
Vinification
The fruit for this wine was machine harvested using Pellenc Selectiv, from our vineyards in Marlborough, Hawkes Bay and Waipara. The juice was clarified and fermented with temperature control, in stainless steel, using selected aromatic yeasts. The components were brought together at our Marlborough winery for blending. The wine was stabilised and filtered before bottling, and no oak was used in the winemaking.
