Description
A southern hemisphere twist on French Chablis. Fermented and aged in seasoned French oak barriques; it has a delicate fragrant bouquet of green apple and aromatic herbs, accompanied by nutty, toasted brioche undertones. A powerful weighty wine with refined citrus flavours and hints of ripe quince. Buttery and creamy on the palate with a strong “chalky” mineral backbone. -Uniquely Waitaki!
