Description
The grapes were harvested at optimum ripeness on March 28 and were destemmed and crushed to the press. The wine fermented in stainless steel tanks using organic yeast which carried out a long cool ferment. The nose is aromatic, full of poached pears and pear crumble promises. Pure ripe pear and mixed spices alongside hints of beeswax meld together as Autumnal flavours. This full bodied Pinot Gris shows good length with a fresh and lively finish. This wine is Vegan friendly.
