Description
Our Cabernet Sauvignon is made with 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. 2020 was a fantastic vintage and we were able to acheive ideal ripeness. The wine has dense black fruit flavours, with blackcurrant and blackberry , together with spicy notes and a good tannic structure. Matured in French oak barrels for over 18 months (40% new). It is a great wine to cellar.
