Description
Pale straw with a brilliant hue. Exotic nose bursting with notes of nashi pear, lavender and rose petal. The varietal fruit purity is exemplary across the palate, with a rich weight yet still exudes elegance. The wine has excellent length with a complex dry finish.

Vineyard
Te Muna (secret place) Road Vineyard is situated outside of Martinborough, and the vines are grown on the old stony soils of the famed Martinborough terrace.

Vinification
Multiple French clones of Pinot Gris are hand harvested together, gently pressed and then slowly fermented before further aging on the spent yeast lees.
