Description

“In 1984 they thought we were crazy to grow our grapes organically. We’ve spent the last thirty years proving that they were right! Now, it seems everybody wants to be crazy, and that’s just what this planet needs. Crazy by Nature – makes perfect sense.” James Millton has crafted this unique blend of red wine for the enjoyment of many people. A blend of Malbec, Syrah and Viognier, this year joined with the supple embrace of Merlot. Dark and brooding as a late night kiss, with a lifted spice, tingling aromas quite unique to this wine and its own natural surroundings. The taste is dense but still alive, mint, chocolate, Asian spice, and warmth of a feather pillow for a fatigued head. Grown biodynamically using special herbal, mineral and animal preparations and with compassion for the laws of nature. We have not used any herbicide, insecticide, systemic fungicide or soluble fertilizer to produce these grapes nor any foreign yeasts or bacteria’s to ferment the grape juice. This wine was aged in American oak barrels for 11 months. Unfined and bottled on the property, without filtration. With time a harmless deposit may form. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Drink between 2014 – 2019.
