Aroma: Vibrant red fruits, cocoa powder and dried spice. Palate: Supple, long, and fruit focused with a finely grained tannin structure. Red berry flavours with a hint of toasty oak.

Vinification
Fruit was handpicked, then fermented in open vats. Fermentation started naturally with 'wild' yeasts, after which the wine was presssed off the skin and aged in oak barrels for 12 months
