Juicy sweet-fruited entry, with exotic tropical notes chased through with stone fruit and lingering lime. Succulent, medium weighted, balanced and long.

The free run juice was fermented separately in stainless steel tanks to retain aromatic varietal character, with various different yeasts and at different temperatures. The ferments were stopped before completion to retain the level of natural sweetness that perfectly balances the acidity.
