Description
Morrison Vineyard is a 12 ha property with a 7.5 hectare vineyard situated in the Pisa sub region, first planted in 1997. The vineyard soils are schist based clay over gravels and fine loess over schist based alluvial gravels, elevation 220m. The vineyard selection is dijon clone 667. Farmed using bio-gro certified organic practices & Bio Gro certified organic since 2007 . Vinified using 100% whole bunches , hand plunging, natural yeasts and 15 months in French oak. Bottled without fining or filtration, low sulphur add <50ppm pre bottling.
