Colour: Pale rim graduating to a pale yellow/lemon coloured core. Aroma: Reminiscent of a summer morning in the vineyard. Herbal, honey dew melon, guava, passionfruit, pink grapefruit combined with kaffir lime leaf, fresh pea, lemon grass, & a mineral note (wet river stone or flint). Palate: Juicy & mouth-watering. It feels succulent. Flavours such as pink grapefruit, ripe mandarin, passionfruit, feijoa pulp & mango. Weighty. Dense. Persistent. Textured. Elegant. Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc '"like it used to be...". Seeking like-minded, wine lovers & for the gastronomic sector.

Terroir: Soil: Stony, free draining, some fine clay silt loams in parts. Canopy Management Regime: Vertical Shoot Positioning, North-South Facing rows, combination of two, three and four cane pruning. Harvest Method: Machine harvested over several days with multiple passes through the vineyard, ending with many several cuvees to blend from. Harvest Dates: Throughout April.

Fermentation: Cool fermentation (12-14 degrees) in stainless steel tanks to accentuate the natural aromatics.
