Little Beauty Black Edition Sauvignon Blanc 2016
Description
Pale yellow with green hues. Very aromatic; poached nectarines, mealy grapefruit characters, kumquat, wild thyme and lime citrus. The palate is slightly creamy, rich in texture, complex - thanks to the ‘wild’ yeast – upfront, there is an explosion of flavour, succulent. To follow, caramelised citrus fruits, flinty lees, stone fruits. It’s wonderfully persistent, long and generous. A powerful and opulent wine. Could be described as 'next generation' Marlborough. Seeking like-minded, wine lovers & for the gastronomic sector.
