Description
A concentrated nose with pear and green apple skin aromas, melding with flint and mineral elements, nuts and a wild barrel-ferment note. Medium bodied, good weight and viscosity. Fine phenolic threat and sweet acidity balances the fruit and barrel-ferment richness. lingering dry finish with hint of white pepper spice. A well concentrated, weighty Pinot Gris from a single Vineyard site in the Awatere Valley.
