Vinification
Marion’s Vineyard is a clonal selection of Pommard 10/5 and Abel. Hand-picked and carefully selected grapes, 100% de-stemmed, cold-macerated, fermented in stainless steel vats and left on skins for three weeks. Aged in 35% new and 65% used French oak barriques for 18 months.
