Description
Sourced from our original Home Block, Winery Block and Spring Creek vineyards, these grapes were harvested in the cool hours of the morning. After cold soaking for 4 days in open fermenters and cuves the juice was fermented through to dryness. The wine was then transferred to French barriques for 10 months. After blending the wine was left to settle before bottling on the Wairau River Estate.
