Marlborough Sun Sauvignon Rosé 2023

Lively and refreshing, this Rosé has intense flavours of ripe clementine, juicy orange and just a hint of blackcurrant. The juicy mid palate and fresh drive contribute to a long, lingering finish.

A blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir varietals sourced from selected vineyard sites within the Dillions Point area of Marlborough.

The grapes spent a few hours on skins to extract the appealing soft pink colour then were carefully pressed. After settling, the juice was fermented in 100 per cent stainless steel tanks at cooler temperatures to retain fruit flavour and freshness. At the end of fermentation the wine was stabilised, filtered and prepared for bottling.
