Appearance: Garnet red Bouquet: Ripe raspberries and sun-warmed red plum with leafy aromas finishing with distinct dried thyme aromas. PALATE: Red fruits and dried savoury herbs help give a smooth round the structure which leads to a long toasty finish.

A blend of vineyards predominately from the southern valleys in Marlborough. Matured in seasoned French oak this wine also underwent malolactic fermentation to give a silky texture
