River Delta Sauvignon Blanc 2023

This Sauvignon Blanc has vibrant aromatics of ripe passionfruit and grapefruit and a fresh and classic palate of gooseberries, blackcurrant and bright citrus characters.

The fruit for this wine was sourced from a selection of vineyards across Marlborough's fertile Wairau Valley area, including the iconic Dillons Point sub-region.

2023 was a fantastic vintage, with surperb quality of fruit and intense flavours. The grapes were machine harvested and transported promptly to the winery to be lightly pressed. The juice was lightly settled, then cool fermented with selected yeasts in stainless steel tanks, in order to retain the vibrant, fresh flavours and intense aromatics. Heather carefully selected her preferred blend prior to final bottling.
