Aroma: Fresh and lively aromas of preserved lemon, green apple and lime. Palate: Full, rich and waxy with flavours of lime and grapefruit pith with an underlying minerality. The palate is fresh and luscious with a hint of sweetness on the finish.

Vinification
Each parcel was fermented separately at cool temperatures in stainless steel tanks in order to retain the varietal characters and freshness. After fermentation the parcels were assessed for quality, carefully blended then balanced, stabilized and prepared for bottling.
