Waimea Estate was established by the toil and triumph of two generations of the Bolitho family, who planted over 140ha of vineyards in this area. Waimea offers a breadth of flavours and the opportunity to try new varietals, with over 10 different wines in the range. Reflecting Nelson’s warm maritime climate with cool coastal breezes, Waimea wines are approachable with a refined acid profile – and a history of winning trophies in NZ and abroad.
