Wild Irishman Wines

Wild Irishman is a boutique winery based in Central Otago, New Zealand. Known for its picturesque mountains and lakes, the region also boasts some of the finest Pinot Noir vineyards in the Southern Hemisphere.

The goal is simple: To produce hand crafted wines with minimal human interference, allowing for a complete and honest expression of the place they are from. Wines are fermented using indigenous yeasts and we currently only focus on single vineyard wines from 3 Central Otago sub-regions, including Gibbston Valley, Bannockburn and Alexandra.
