With our vision to create great Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the Burgundian style from our Lime Hill Vineyard as well as create great wines from our Johner Vineyard, the focus of the wines is not set to upfront fruit in our Pinot Noir as we just love complexity. We create wines that reveal new delicate flavours whilst drinking, showing great depth and a lingering finish.
